A one time administration fee of $20.00 and a $150.00 refundable
damage/cleaning deposit is required with all rentals.
Enclosed and covered parking areas have electricity
at each site, and electricity is included in the rental rates. Rental rates on all units include the membership
fee for the private R V wash. All tenants must provide insurance documents on the item being stored as well as proof of liability
which could be on the vehicle itself, vehicle used to tow, or a homeowners policy.
